Guarantee, Returns, and Reprints

Boguna Satisfaction Guarantee:

At Boguna, we stand by the quality of our printed products and prioritize your complete satisfaction. Should you find any issue with your order, please notify us via our online customer support within six (6) business days of receiving your shipment. If you do not contact us within this period, we will consider the order acceptable, and Boguna will not be obligated to issue a refund or reprint. Upon receipt of your notification, our team will review your concerns within five (5) business days to determine compliance with our quality standards or to request additional information. We may require physical samples or clear photographic documentation to substantiate claims of defects or quality issues. If your product is deemed defective or fails to meet our established standards, Boguna will offer either:

  • A prompt reprint of your order through expedited production, or
  • A full refund of your original order total, contingent upon the return of the defective items.

Boguna extends a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time customers or first-time issues on orders totaling up to $125. To qualify for a refund, the full order must be returned to us. Refunds will typically be processed within ten (10) business days following the return of your order. Reprints will begin within one (1) business day upon our receipt of returned items, or at an alternative time mutually agreed upon.

Boguna guarantees products in accordance with standard print industry practices. We will address errors in cutting, printing quality, color accuracy within CMYK capabilities, print misalignments, and production delays caused by our processes. Please note, the following situations are not eligible for refunds, returns, or reprints:

  • Shipments refused upon delivery or returned as undeliverable (reshipping costs borne by customer).
  • Delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Customer-caused production or shipping delays due to inaccurate details.
  • Delays or damages resulting from shipping carrier issues, environmental factors, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other external circumstances outside our control.
  • Variations in color due to conversions from RGB or Pantone formats to CMYK.
  • Customer-submitted files containing spelling, graphic errors, incorrect dimensions, improper formatting, or other inaccuracies.
  • Image distortion or print quality issues arising from artwork submitted below 300 DPI or incorrectly formatted files.
  • Minor discrepancies in ink density or color fidelity; Boguna does not perform exact color or ink-density matching.
  • Limitations regarding the ability to write or print on products unless explicitly indicated in product details.
  • Duplicate orders or orders canceled after production begins.
  • Delayed arrival of dated materials due to insufficient lead time from the customer.
  • Breaches of Boguna’s terms and conditions.
  • Undetected malicious content or viruses within uploaded files.
  • Loss or damage to customer data or content stored with Boguna.
  • Failure to provide notification of shipping delays or inaccuracies.
  • Shipments released without customer signature.

Boguna reserves the right to amend this Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns/Reprint Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected by updating the "last revised" date at the top of this document. Please review our policy regularly, as the version active at the time of your order will apply.
