Updated USPS Postage Rates for Commercial Mail
Effective January 18, 2026
The United States Postal Service (USPS) implemented updated postage rates for commercial mail—including postcards, letters, and flats—effective January 18, 2026. To reflect these changes, mailing prices across eligible products have been adjusted accordingly.
Postage costs are calculated after your mailing list is processed and verified. Final pricing may vary based on list accuracy, formatting, and USPS requirements.
What to know:
- Postage pricing is based on USPS-approved machinable mail standards
- USPS delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Changing the mail class after order submission may result in additional charges
Timing matters:
Orders entered into the USPS system before the effective date are billed at the prior rate. Any order submitted earlier but inducted into USPS on or after January 18, 2026 will reflect the updated postage pricing.
If your campaign has strict delivery timing, expedited USPS mailing options may be a better fit.
