The Boguna “Review & Win” Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Boguna, Inc. (“Boguna,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 555 Goffle Road, Suite 102, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Monthly Sweepstakes Periods

The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2026 and is intended to continue on a monthly basis until discontinued or modified by Sponsor.

Each calendar month constitutes a separate Sweepstakes (each, a “Monthly Sweepstakes Period”). Unless otherwise announced, each Monthly Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the applicable calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final day of that month.

Entries received during one Monthly Sweepstakes Period apply only to that month’s drawing and do not automatically carry forward to future drawings.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue future Monthly Sweepstakes Periods at any time, subject to applicable law. Any modification or discontinuation will not affect prizes properly awarded for a Monthly Sweepstakes Period that has already concluded.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in their households, are not eligible.

“Immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and the spouses of any such persons.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter a Monthly Sweepstakes Period:

A. Submit an Eligible Boguna Product Review

During the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period, submit a genuine review of an eligible product purchased from Boguna.com through a review submission method made available by Boguna.

Each eligible review constitutes one (1) entry.

You may submit reviews for multiple products, but only one review of a particular product or purchase experience may qualify as an entry unless otherwise expressly permitted by Boguna. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, copied, fabricated, or otherwise inauthentic reviews are not eligible.

Your review does not need to be positive. Honest positive, neutral, and negative feedback is equally eligible. Your star rating, opinions, recommendations, criticism, or overall sentiment toward Boguna will have no effect on your eligibility, odds of winning, or selection as a winner.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry — Mail

No purchase or review is necessary.

To enter without making a purchase or submitting a product review, legibly handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Boguna Review & Win Monthly Sweepstakes” on a postcard or piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry constitutes one (1) entry.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period and received before the drawing for that period. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

The free alternative method of entry is intended to provide substantially equal opportunity to participate without making a purchase.

4. Entry Requirements

Entries must be submitted by the individual identified in the entry. Automated entries, entries generated through scripts, bots, artificial accounts, mass-entry services, or other automated means are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to an actual experience, or otherwise violate these Official Rules or Boguna’s applicable website policies.

Sponsor may take reasonable measures to verify the identity and eligibility of an entrant.

5. Monthly Drawing and Odds

Following each Monthly Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period.

Up to five (5) winners may be selected each month.

Each potential winner will be selected randomly without regard to the content, star rating, sentiment, or favorability of any review submitted.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period and the number of prizes awarded.

Sponsor may select alternate potential winners if a selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

6. Prizes

Up to five (5) winners during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period will each receive:

$100.00 in Boguna store credit

The maximum aggregate prize value for any Monthly Sweepstakes Period in which five prizes are awarded is $500.00.

Store credit may be used toward eligible purchases made through Boguna, including purchases on Boguna.com, subject to reasonable technical or account requirements associated with applying the credit.

Store credit:

• has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash;
• is non-transferable unless Sponsor expressly permits otherwise;
• may not be sold or resold;
• may not be replaced if transferred, sold, or used without authorization;
• may not be used in a manner prohibited by law; and
• remains subject to
